中国航贸网(Snet)从中外运空运发展股份有限公司获悉，“外运发展新兴市场合作伙伴大会”于2017年11月16-17日在上海召开。外运发展总部、四大区域及分公司的领导和相关同事，股份公司运营管理部代表出席了会议。本次会议邀请到了30多名来自中南美洲、非洲、东南亚、东欧和中东等20多个新兴市场国家和地区的代表参加，共计100余名中外代表参加了本次会议。
随着全球化的不断深化，近年来新兴国家和地区逐步呈现了巨大的市场潜力和广阔的发展前景，外运发展在这些地区的业务规模不断扩大，与当地代理的合作不断加强，外运发展在中南美洲、非洲、东南亚、东欧和中东等新兴市场国家和地区建立核心代理网络已势在必行。本次会议旨在搭建外运发展与新兴市场合作伙伴之间的沟通桥梁，在现有业务的基础上不断深化双方合作，共享发展机遇，实现互惠共赢。

外运发展副总经理肖成路在致开幕词时表示：
根据外运发展的战略规划，航空货代板块承载着空运通道建设的责任使命，空运通道建设则肩负着为整个系统和其他业务板块提供空运平台支持的重要职责。近年来，外运发展在美洲、欧洲等发达国家、地区不断优化合作伙伴，加强海外公司自身建设，同时持续关注新兴市场的发展和变化。希望通过本次会议的召开能够深化外运发展与新兴市场合作伙伴之间的合作关系，共同寻找业务机会，开拓市场。
Sinoair Conference for Partners in Emerging Markets
“Sinoair Conference for Partners in Emerging Markets” was successfully held in Shanghai on 16th and 17th November of 2017. The senior management members of Sinoair headquarters, four regions and branches，and the representative of Sinotrans Limited Freight Management Division participated in this conference. Over 100 attendees from home and abroad attended this conference. 30 delegates from 20 countries and territories including Central and South America, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East etc. came to Shanghai to attend this conference.
The theme of this conference was Communication, Cooperation, Innovation and Evolution.
Mr. Xiao Chenglu, the vice general manager of Sinoair, made an opening speech. He introduced the economic situation and development trend of logistics in emerging markets. He hoped that the collaboration between Sinoair and partners in emerging markets would be further strengthened through this conference.
On 17th of November, the managers of Sinoair four regions and branches had one-to -one meeting with the overseas partners participating in this conference.
