Earlier this year, China Shipping (Group) Company ¨C the controlling shareholder of CSCL ¨C has bought in 132,882,000 H shares of CSCL, 1.14% of the total capital. This is made through the wholly-owned subsidiary of Ocean Fortune Investment Limited under the wholly-owned subsidiary of China Shipping (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited.
