| ¡¡¡¡Oct. 10th, in an announcement Beihai Port disclosed the latest progress in terms of its major asset reorganization. It claims to have signed the Major Asset Reorganization Framework Agreement with Guangxi Beibu Gulf International Port Group Co., Ltd. to issue shares to the latter for purchasing its equity upon Fangcheng Port and Qinzhou Port. Beihai Port and other interested parties are now actively promoting the restructuring of assets, while relevant audit, assessment and profit forecasts are also being speeded up. All are expected to be finished in the first half of November 2008. |
