¡¡¡¡2006, 2007 annual rankings to release in June
¡¡¡¡On March 25th, Liu Zhanfang, Deputy President of China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFA) announced a restart to the "Top 100 Chinese Forwarding Logistics Enterprises" campaign, which will now rank enterprises' performance respectively in 2006 and 2007. The results will be released in June this year.
¡¡¡¡The event this time has set up a major list together with six sub-lists, namely "Top 100 Chinese Forwarding and Logistics Enterprises", "Top 50 International Ocean Freight Forwarding and Logistics Enterprises", "Top 50 International Air Freight Forwarding and Logistics Enterprises", "Top 20 International Highway Freight Forwarding and Logistics Enterprises", "Top 20 International Freight Forwarding and Logistics Storage Enterprises", "Top 50 Private Freight Forwarders", and "Top 50 Leading Edge Freight Forwarders". Reportedly, after the national restructuring of similar activities since last year, this ranking campaign has been one of those first to be approved and has been successfully held for three terms. It is jointly sponsored by CIFA and International Business Newspaper, with recorded data regarding forwarders' businesses as the sole assessment basis.
