ĦĦĦĦSep 14, Shanghai Bestway Marine Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (Shanghai BESTWAY) has been one of the first group public listing Growth Enterprises Market (GEM) companies. On the website of China Securities Regulatory Commission, the draft declaration of the prospectus shows that Shanghai BESTWAY plans to issue a 12.6 mil IPO shares in the GEM, equivalent to RMB 120.56 mil.
