Yang Ming¡¯s Board of Directors met on 29th November and approved its second private placement plan by issuing 257,753,442 new shares at premium of NTD$10.18 per share, and accumulated total amount of NTD 2.62 billion. The record date of the private placement of common shares in the capital increase is temporarily set on 8th December, 2017.
In compliance with Article 43-6, Security and Exchange Act, the *NDFEY will be Yang Ming¡¯s main subscriber in this private placement.
