We would like to remind you that as per Customs law regulations at Paraguay (Resoluci¨®n No 484 ¨C Aug.19, 2015), personal effects / household goods must be consigned to a natural person and NOT to a company. Additionally, local Customs requires that all the goods declared need to be detailed / described on the body of Bill of Lading, every item loaded in the container must be stipulated / shown with the respective NCM number. The same procedure is applied for Car Parts / Spare Parts. Personal effects related text can only be shown on the body of the MBL, if the following documentation is submitted by customer at origin: Repatriation Certificate

Immigrant Documentation
Copy of such documentation should be sent to Paraguay Office for further follow up. |
