This is to inform you that with effect from December 27, 2016 Dalian Customs requires that all customers finish the clearance formalities of all Hazardous Goods (DG) before vessel arrival, or the terminal will not discharge the cargo. The shipper needs to provide a 24-hour emergency phone number of the customer located in China and make sure that all related clearance materials are delivered to the consignee timely. The consignee must submit all necessary documents to the Customs according to the updated policy timely, otherwise, the shipper and/or consignee will be held responsible for the costs or fines incurred. |
